"I'm pleased to announce that we are being joined by Gareth "Gaz" Martin who is coming on board as Director of Rugby to work with me to review and plan a strategy to build and grow our men's section, looking at player recruitment, retention and everything goes along with that. Gaz brings with him a wealth of experience, particularly from his time at Winchester and has an undeniable passion for the game and I'm looking forward to working with him.

He will be around on Saturday for our game against Witney and is looking forward to meeting our amazing supporters."
