Good to see two of our Newbury Blues playing for Berkshire at Maidenhead on Saturday, George Robinson- Slater & Jamie Futcher, also there Paul Archer who is a coach for the Berks Senior Men.
One of those games!! Berkshire had the lion’s share of possession but couldn’t turn it into points. First half Berkshire had several opportunities to score but couldn’t get over the line, whereas Dorset and Wilts took their chances and against the run of play had a 19-21 lead at half time.
Dorset and Wilts started better in the second half scoring 2 quick tries but Berkshire responded scoring 3 tries and all to play for, Dorset and Wilts kicked 2 penalties which ended up the winning points
Berkshire outscoring Dorset and Wilts 6 tries to 5, but getting 2 bonus points, all to play for in the next two games

Next Saturday 24th Berkshire are away at Surrey then away at Sussex on Saturday 31st venues TBC
