As previously notified, the Financial AGM will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2019 at 7.30pm, at The Clubhouse, Monks Lane, Newbury, RG14 7RW.

4. To receive and approve the revised Financial Statements for the year ending 30 June 2019

5. To consider any other resolution duly proposed in accordance with Rule 9.6

6. To hear any other relevant matter for consideration of the Committee but on which no voting shall be allowed.
