Saturday Match Day Hospitality - Questions and Answers…….

Dear Members & Supporters

We regularly get asked questions about Match Day hospitality, and we wanted to de-bunk some of the myths as everyone is welcome, all of the time….

Pre-Match Meals – Q & A

Do I need to book an entire table? No – Everyone is welcome parties of 1+
Do I need to be a member? No – Everyone is welcome
Do I need to have been an ex-player? No – Everyone is welcome
Is the dress code smart, jackets, ties etc? No – Smart casual is absolutely fine
Are children allowed? Yes – Everyone is welcome no matter what age
Is the pre-advertised meal fixed? Yes and No – We do cater for allergies and have a vegetarian option
Is it really only £ 23pp? – Yes, we offer incredible value for money (3 - Courses)
Is it fun? – Absolutely. Good Food, Bar, Rugby Banter + Friendly faces
Does Trevor talk too much? – Sometimes, but he does have some good stories
Will I be welcome? – Absolutely, come and join the fun
Do I need to book? – Yes, by Thursday 12pm before the Saturday match

25th October – North Dorset
Slow cooked pork belly, celeriac mash, savoy cabbage & Gravy. Dessert – Sticky toffee pudding followed by cheeseboard.

22nd November – Royal Wooton Bassett
Homemade beef stew served with dumplings & crusty bread. Dessert – Fruit crumble & custard, followed by cheeseboard.

6th December – Witney SOLD OUT
13th December – Cheltenham SOLD OUT

10th January – Thornbury
Garlic stuffed chicken Kiev served with creamy mashed potato & seasonal veg. dessert – Spotted Dick with custard followed by cheeseboard.

31st January – Chippenham
Steak & Ale pie served with mashed potato & seasonal veg. Dessert – Apple pie, followed by cheeseboard

28th February – Keynsham – PINK DAY = SOLD OUT

21st March – Cleve – Last game of season
Roast chicken served with roast potatoes, seasonal veg and gravy. Dessert – apple pie and custard followed by cheeseboard.
