ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all eligible voting members of Newbury Rugby Football Club that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 7.00pm at The Clubhouse, Monks Lane, Newbury, Berks. RG14 7RW.

As customary, there will be elections for Officers, President, Vice President, Trustees, and Committee members.

Peter Lambert has advised that he will be stepping down from his role as Treasurer at the AGM this year.

This is an important position in the Club’s management group and so to ensure a smooth handover anyone possibly interested in taking over from Peter and would like information about what the role entails, is invited to contact him on either
