FINANCIAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all eligible members of Newbury Rugby Football Club that the Financial Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on

Wednesday 04 November 2026 at 7.00pm

at The Clubhouse, Monks Lane, Newbury Berks. RG14 7RW

The purpose of the meeting primarily is to receive and approve the Accounts for the Financial Year ending 30 June 2026.

The Agenda, with Minutes of the previous Financial AGM held on 20 October 2025 and a summary of the Club's Financial Statement for FYE 30/6/26 will be sent to Voting members two weeks prior to the meeting.

Apologies for absence may be sent in advance to the Secretary.
