Notice (*v2) is again hereby given to all members of Newbury Rugby Football Club
that the Financial Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on

Wednesday 04 November 2026 at 7.00pm

at The Clubhouse, Monks Lane, Newbury Berks. RG14 7RW

While the purpose of the meeting primarily is to receive and approve the Accounts for the Financial Year ending 30 June 2026; after the AGM in the summer, there remained a vacancy for Club Treasurer.

The Committee has co-opted Tom Murray: and this General Meeting provides the opportunity for Members formally to elect him to the role for the remainder of the one year term up until the AGM next June.

** Please note that any other nominations for Treasurer should be duly proposed and seconded by two members and sent to the Secretary by Weds 28th October latest; together with written consent of the candidate.**

The Agenda, with Minutes of the previous Financial AGM held on 20 October 2025 and a summary of the Club's Financial Statement for FYE 30/6/26 will be sent to Voting members two weeks prior to the meeting.
