Following on from last year's SGM and RFU Roadshows a further SGM has been called to vote on changes to how the RFU Council operates and the decision-making capacity they have.

Attached are two documents that contain a summary of the proposals and some information about what a yes or no vote could mean which has been put together by various Council Reps from across England.
