PRESS RELEASE
Newbury based IT Transformation Services Provider Roc Technologies has announced it signed a deal to become Newbury Rugby Clubs Main Shirt sponsor for the 2018/19 season.
In the last 12 months Roc has become the main sponsor of the Roc Newbury 10K race and has sponsored Falkland Cricket Club and has now proudly put its logo on the front of the Newbury Blues match shirt.
CEO of Roc Technologies Matt Franklin said, “We are delighted to become a sponsor and supporter of Newbury Rugby Club. Roc is committed to the town and its community. As we grow as a business we are delighted to be able to give back through support of local sports clubs and major sporting events. Seeing the Roc logo on the front of the Newbury Rugby Club match shirt brings pride the entire Roc team. I am part of a world record breaking attempt to play the highest game of Rugby ever on Mount Everest in the early 2019, raising funds for a community Rugby charity, so hopefully both myself and Newbury Rugby Club will both scale new heights before the end of the season.”
Newbury RFC Sponsorship Manager Barnaby Atkinson said, “We’re delighted to have Roc Technologies join as one of our sponsors. We’re grateful to the local businesses that support the club and continue to allow us to improve our offerings for the local community”.
