Further to the notification and explanatory letter sent to Members on 27 May, please see the Agenda with supporting documents and a Members' Guide to the abridged AGM.

At this meeting Members will receive reports from the Chair on Rugby and a Financial update from the Treasurer; and be able to raise questions on the information provided.

To attend the abridged AGM, please Register in advance by contacting the Secretary so that you can be sent details of how to access the Zoom meeting.

Also, please send any Questions to the Secretary by Friday 26 June.
