Blues kick off and get a lineout when Bournemouth knock into touch, lineout won Blues attack across the pitch but cough up possession, Bournemouth kick clear, Blues gather just in their own half and attack Michael Klichowicz makes ground before a long pass out to Jamie Futcher he makes ground before sending a grubber kick through the Bournemouth defensive line a good chase and a soft kick forwards results in Jamie Futcher and the Bournemouth defender taking each other out allowing Jacob Checksfield to pick up and dive over to score 3 mins 5-0
Bournemouth kick off and get a lineout when Blues knock into touch, lineout won Bournemouth’s forwards maul making ground before taking play wide, they pick at the tackle and get through a gap in Blues defence to score under the posts and add the conversion 5 mins 5-7
Blues restart and soon have a scrum, Bournemouth steal and attack getting up to half way before conceding a penalty Blues kick to touch win the lineout and attack, Blues lose the ball allowing Bournemouth to kick to touch just in Blues half. Lineout won Blues attack and get a penalty which is kicked to touch, Blues attack crossfield but a knock on gives Bournemouth a scrum just outside their 22. Scrum won Bournemouth attack getting into Blues 22 before a long pass is in touch, lineout won Blues put up a high kick and mange to get hands on the ball but a knock gives Bournemouth a scrum on half way, they attack from the scrum but don’t make any ground knocking on, Blues get a penalty at the scrum which is kicked to touch in Bournemouth’s 22, Bournemouth get a scrum at the lineout and try running out of defence before clearing to touch, lineout won Blues attacked but get penalised at the tackle. Bournemouth kick to touch win their lineout and attack across the pitch, Blues get a lineout when a kick is straight into touch, lineout won Blues get a penalty which is kicked to touch, lineout won Blues put up a high kick and get possession, Blues again put up a high kick, Bournemouth return the kick into Blues half, Michael Klichowicz sends a great kick rolling into touch in Bournemouth’s 22 giving Blues the lineout, Blues spread play wide from their lineout and Jacob Checksfield gets the ball just outside Bournemouth’s 22, he runs the touchline breaks the last tackle and is over to score his second, the long conversion is just wide, 25 mins 10-7.
Both sides have chances to score in the remaining 15 minutes of the half but good defence, mistakes or penalties mean neither side manage to add to their score before half time.

Bournemouth kick off the second half Blues clear to touch, lineout won Bournemouth take play across the pitch and back then across again but a knock on gives Blues a scrum, Bournemouth get a penalty at the scrum they tap and go and get a scrum when Blues knock on in the tackle scrum won Bournemouth attack taking play wide and back, Blues defence holds firm and get a penalty which is kicked to touch, Blues win the lineout and put up a high kick, Blues get a scrum. Blues run from their scrum but a knock on halts their progress, Bournemouth attack from their scrum but again a knock on gives Blues a scrum, Blues kick from the scrum, Bournemouth gather and return the kick, Blues run and get a penalty which is kicked to touch in Bournemouth’s half. Lineout won Blues run but a knock on gives Bournemouth a scrum on half way, they attack getting into Blues 22 before a knock gives Blues a scrum, Blues get a penalty at the reset scrum which is kicked to touch just in their own half, lineout won Blues take play across the pitch but a series of poor and dropped passes results in Bournemouth getting hold of the ball, they spread play wide and their winger out runs Blues defence to score close to the posts, plus the conversion 10-14 62 mins
Blues restart and get a lineout when Bournemouth kick to touch, Bournemouth get a scrum at the lineout and kick into Blues half, Blues run the ball back getting into Bournemouth’s half and win a penalty which Dan Thorne kicks, 13-14 68 mins.
Bournemouth restart Blues gather and soon put up a high kick, Bournemouth knock on giving Blues a scrum just in their own half, Blues take play wide from their scrum and get a penalty they tap and go but lose the ball in the tackle after a couple of phases Bournemouth scrum half breaks away from his own half getting into Blues 22 before releasing his winger to score in the corner, the long conversion is kicked 13-21 72 mins
Neither side can add to their score in the remaining minutes giving Bournemouth the win.
Blues unlucky to come away from this game without any points, although lots of changes Blues played much better than last week and deserved more from this game
